Email Drip Campaign

FOLLOW UP IS KEY so let’s commit to our follow up email drip campaign.  Sending emails allows us to continue to build the relationship, stay in connection and most importantly give value.  There will be a soft call to action (an ask to take action) at the end of these emails.  This does not replace calling, staying in contact on facebook, texting, etc.  It is simply another avenue to stay connected and give value easily and more frequently.

As of October 8th, OPTAVIA Share will no longer be available. Reach out to your support team to find the best option for you!

We are suggesting that emails be sent weekly:

 

  • All Clients (active and nactive) we are sending Sunday,  Monday (monday community time reminder), Wednesday (newsletter) & Friday
  • Not Yets (health assessment done but not ready to start)   We are sending Sunday,  Monday (monday community time reminder), Wednesday (newsletter)  & Friday
  • Shares (people you’ve had a share conversation with) – we are sending Monday , Wednesday  (newsletter)  & Friday from the drip campaign
  • “Leads” – asking for recipes on facebook, supporters on facebook, people you have not done a share with but you’ve had communication and have their email. We are sending Monday, Wednesday & Friday from the drip campaign

 

Sending emails:

 

Clients – can be sent from your personal computer email or Mailchimp (best for those with over 300 clients). Here is a great training on Mailchimp: CLICK HERE

Reach out to your support team to see if Mailchimp is the right fit for you and/or if you would like a Virtual Assistant to help you!

Not Yets– send from your personal computer email

We recommend setting up groups in the contacts on your computer (in gmail, mac mail, outlook, etc.). We suggest setting up a group for each of the categories above.

 

What to send:

 

Clients – Newsletter weekly, Monday night community time, and 2 of the weekly emails of your choice

Not Yets-Newsletter weekly, Monday night community time, and 2 of the weekly emails of your choice

Shares –  Newsletter weekly and 2 of the weekly emails of your choice

“Leads” – Send all 3 weekly emails

 

October through December we will be focusing our weekly emails on tips, recipes and support through the holidays,  This will give great value and an opportunity to build relationships as we head into January.
