When client would like to start the optimization plan here are the steps for 1st time ordering clients:
Step 1: Health Assessment- CLICK HERE for Present tab
Before hanging up phone, opt into “My Path to Health”, verify height and weight, client email, address, and CC
Step 2: Place Order- CLICK HERE for Start Up tab
Step 3: Once order is placed, send congrats text:

Step 4: Tracking client order, calculate TEE (found in client OPTAVIA app or Google) to select appropriate meal plan, and implement text below:
The day or so before they start their Optimization plan:
“Tomorrow is the big day! I’m looking forward to our call at ______ to help you get started. Here’s the meal plan we’ll be following: [insert link]. You can print it out to help track your meals as you build sustainable habits. Also, please have your Lifebook handy so we can review page 292, which focuses on the 9-inch plate.
